Mattehop Ballpoint Pen Navy Blue 1.0

Drawing and writing with these Mattehop Ballpoint Pens is akin to painting. The highly pigmented ink, which Pentel took 5 years to develop, is a very matte paint. As Pentel Mattehop performs well, leaving vibrant colours dry with a matte finish, we recommend using these with Nuuna's Not White notebooks. In addition, Mattehops write on paper, smooth paper like photographs and washi tape.

Pentel x Misc Store Amsterdam

Founded in 1946 in Tokyo, Japan, Pentel was originally called Japan Stationery Limited and produced crayons & pastels. In 1960, the company launched the Pentel Pencil, the world’s first mechanical pencil with a push button for advancing the lead.

In 1963 they launched the first felt tip pen, the iconic 'Sign Pen' we still use and love today. Have you ever heard the urban legend of NASA spending millions on developing a pen that would write in outer space, where the Russians just used a pencil?
Well; Pentel's Sign Pen became the official writing instrument of NASA.

With much of today’s writing instrument technology coming from their research and development, Pentel is truely one of the great innovators in the game and we are happy to stock a selection of personal favorites here at Misc Store.
