The Hobonichi Techo 2026 Planner A6 - January Start is the product of a thoughtful collaboration with Arts & Science’s Sonya Park, featuring the logo and Japanese characters for 'techo' stamped in gold on the textured cover. It features a one-page-per-day format for writing, journaling, planning or sketching, designed in a signature charcoal‑gray scheme with Sunday accents in red.
Each page is marked half-way with "12:00" on the left-hand margin to simply divide each day into morning and afternoon. The page design is kept subtle and minimal to give users full freedom of customization.
With 4mm light-gridded pages, moon phase markers, day/week/year references and daily motivational quotes, planning becomes both functional and full of creative expression.
The Hobonichi Techo Planner A6 features comprehensive tools that support long term planning alongside the one page per day format, including: annual overviews for 2026/2027, yearly index spanning December 2025 – March 2027 with each month listed in a column, featuring two columns per page.
Monthly spreads cover December 2025 – March 2026 on two-page spreads per month and additionally, bonus pages are included as well. Each month features tabs in charcoal grey or red (Sundays) to assist with easy navigation anywhere in the planner.
The smooth Tomoe River S paper featured inside has been reformulated for 2026, after last year’s paper change sparked plenty of discussion. Its updated formula aims to reduce ink bleed-through and feathering, while preserving the paper’s legendary thinness and fountain-pen friendliness.
